Since this is an instant digital download, taking 30 seconds here can save you a headache later:

• Format compatibility — the template requires a free Notion account (or Google Docs, if you prefer that version).
• What's included — this is a business plan template and prompt system, not a done-for-you consulting service or a guarantee of business success.
• Is it right for your stage? — built for first-time founders starting from scratch.

Not sure if it's a fit? Email us before buying — we'd rather answer a question than process a refund.

Good-faith use

We ask that refund requests be made in good faith. If a request comes in after the full template, all 25 AI prompts, and the Visibility Kit have clearly been used in full, we reserve the right to review the request individually rather than auto-approve.

How to request a refund

Email support@novenni.com with your order confirmation. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days.
