License & Usage Terms

When you purchase a Novenni product, you're buying a personal-use license for your own business — not ownership of the content itself.

What you CAN do

• Use the template, prompts, and included materials for your own business or, if you're a consultant/freelancer, for one client project per purchase
• Edit, customize, and fill in the template however you like for that use
• Keep your copy forever

What you CANNOT do

• Resell, redistribute, or share the template, prompts, or any Novenni materials — in original or modified form
• Upload it to marketplaces (Etsy, Gumroad, Payhip, template libraries, etc.)
• White-label it or present it as your own original work for sale
• Share your copy publicly, free or paid
• Share login/download access with people who haven't purchased their own copy

Why this matters

Novenni is a small, independent product. Unauthorized resale directly takes revenue from the work that goes into building and improving these templates.

Violations

Unauthorized resale or redistribution may result in revoked access and, where applicable, legal action for copyright infringement.
